About the Exhibition
This year will see the 9th annual Large Scale Model Rail Exhibition taking place on it's new dates the 20th & 21st March. Again numerous layouts will be on display covering all the larger scales with major layouts being presented by the Gauge 1 Model Railway Association, G Scale Society and 16mm Association.

Rugby (vintage)
A must for all collectors of old toys and trains
The Rugby Vintage Fair and Exhibition is always a very popular show and sees many visitors return year after year.
Visitors can expect to find trains by Hornby, Bassett-Lowke, Marklin, Tri-ang, Hornby Dublo, Trix, Jouef, Bing, ACE and Liliput. As well as the trains there will be tinplate clockwork novelty toys and Dinky and Corgi Toys for sale.
The March fair sees the Benn Hall's main hall, side rooms and stage completely filled with stalls selling all kinds of vintage toys and trains.
The September Fair and Exhibition features 90 stalls of vintage toys and trains as well as working model railway layouts and displays. Visitors can vote for their favourite layout or display and a trophy is awarded to the winner in the afternoon.

Peterborough Truckfest
Over the years, many of the UK's finest acts have performed in the main arena on the May bank holiday, acts such as Steve Murty with the Pirelli Pro Jet jet truck and the first ever performance of a Bigfoot monster truck on UK soil when Bigfoot 6 crossed the atlantic in 1992.
2010 will see Bigfoot reach it's 35th aniversary and we have a very special guest flying in from the USA to help Truckfest celebrate the birthday of "the worlds original monster truck"
Also appearing at the 2010 event will be Britains number one military display team, The Flying Gunners. Formed in 1949, the Flying Gunners have gone on to perform in front of hundreds of thousands of people at events all over the country. Truckfest is proud to be hosting the first outing of the 2010 calendar.

Coventry Connexion makes a welcome return
Collectors can look forward to some great toy fairs at the popular Coventry Connexion venue.
Toy Fairs in Coventry will from now on be held at the Coventry Connexion in Ryton-on-Dunsmore. The venue has excellent facilities for both visitors and exhibitors and can accommodate up to 200 stalls.
There will be more than 150 stalls at each event, with thousands of collectable toys, trains and models for sale.

Collectors and dealers alike all agree that if you are serious about buying or selling quality toys and models, then there is only one show to visit above all else - Sandown Park.
The quality and variety of collectables on offer is breathtaking, with more than 500 tables of toys and models for sale. Visitors and exhibitors travel from all over the UK and Europe to visit each event.

Britains BIGGEST Toy Collectors Fair
An amazing array of collectables will be on offer at the forthcoming NEC Toy Collectors Fair. Visitors to the show can enjoy a massive 600 stalls packed full with all types of toys, trains, models and collectables.
Getting to the NEC is very straightforward - The venue is at junction 6 of the M42 motorway. There is easy access from the M1, M5, M6 and M40. Once at the NEC follow the Toy Collectors Fair signs to the north car park.
There is FREE PARKING for all visitors to the NEC Toy Collectors Fair
If coming by train than head for Birmingham International Railway Station (trains run every 30 minutes or so from Birmingham New Street Station). The NEC is just a short walk from the station.
The fair is open from 10.30am - 3.30pm

The Shepton Mallet Toy & Train Collectors Fair was established in 1988 and started in The Cheese Pavilion, as it was known then, at the Bath & West Showground, Somerset. Over the years it has grown in size from 40 Stalls to over 300 now through advertising and word of mouth and is now one of the biggest events of it's type in the UK. Catering for all collectors, you can walk around in the wide aisles looking for those elusive models that you have always wanted, the list is endless. Dinky, Corgi, Minichamps, Hornby, Bassett Lowke, Meccano, Spot-On, Sci-Fi, Marklin, Matchbox, Scalextric, EFE, Lledo, Actionman, Dolls, Teddies.... and much, much, more can all be found in the Showering Pavilion. There is free parking for 3000 cars and the hall is only a short walk from the car park and you can stop for refreshments in the restaurant, cafe or the catering van
